Several years ago, we began researching lavender as a possible crop to grow on our small farm located in Lubbock, TX. What we discovered is our semi-arid climate with the sandy soil on the South Plains would be ideal for growing lavender.

In the spring of 2020, our family began field preparations, and planted around 1200 lavender plants focusing on culinary and lavender in the kitchen. Today, we produce lavender based simple syrups, vinaigrettes, baking mixes, dessert sauces, lemonade mix and Holiday Gift Sets. We do collaborate with family-owned orchards and businesses in an effort to support local and Texas based companies.
